What is a dual major?
A dual major is when a student is declared in two different majors (or the same major but two different concentrations) but both have the same degree.  Only one diploma will be issued.  Diplomas do not include the major, only the degree.
 
Examples: 
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing AND a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance/Economics
OR
Bachelor of Science in Psychology AND Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice

What are the requirements to earn the dual degree?
In order to earn both degrees, a student must meet all of the requirements of both majors.

Friday, May 12 – 3:00 p.m. | Hubert Jack Stadium

This ceremony will include graduate and undergraduate students. There will not be a separate graduate ceremony.

Students planning to participate in the ceremony are required to wear a cap and gown.

Cap and Gown: Order by March 24th to ensure arrival prior to ceremony:

Once purchased, they become the property of the graduate and are not to be returned.  Questions regarding caps and gowns should be referred to the University Store at 570-484-2750.  

Bookstore hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
