Information for Veterans
University Information
- Visit this page to learn more about the University and the resources and benefits available to you as a veteran or enlisted service member. A list of campus resources and points of contacts of different offices can also be found here.
Military Educational Benefits
- As a veteran, eligible dependent, or reservist, you may be able to receive entitlement funding based upon a service obligation. The Financial Aid Office makes every effort to ensure that service members receive all educational benefits they are entitled to.
Joint Services Transcript
-
Request this transcript in order to receive college credit for your military experience (including basic training).
Self-Identification of Service in the US Armed Forces
- As a Military Friendly-designated institution, to comply with state and federal laws, and to notify veteran students of veterans-only events, LHU is interested in your service in the US Armed Forces. If you have served, please take a few moments to complete this brief questionnaire.
Withdrawal Policy (Leave of Absence)
- Students who are called to active duty (confirmed by official military orders from the President of United States or the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, reference BOG Policy 1983-19-A) should contact Mr. Kenneth Hall immediately in Ulmer Hall 135, phone 570-484-2598 or email khall@lockhaven.edu.
